The exhibition, “as you are” took place at Pulse Gallery in spring 2025. The exhibition bears the same title as Part III of my debut publication, “Be Here As You Are”. This book is part autobiographical, part philosophical introspection, and reveals how the simple act of being present can transform you. Part III of the book retells my incredibly transformative journey of losing my mother while simultaneously becoming one in 2022. The artworks in the exhibition thoughtfully explore moments of surrender during this painful, yet regenerative, time in my life.
